Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Muskmelon. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it forms part of our Terms of Service.
What We Accept Returns For
We accept returns and replacements only for products that arrive with a manufacturing defect or damage. This includes printing errors, stitching defects, fabric tears, wrong product shipped, or any other fault attributable to manufacturing or fulfilment.
What We Do Not Accept Returns For
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons: sizing issues or fit preferences (please refer to our size guide before ordering), colour variations between what appears on your screen and the actual product (colours may vary slightly due to differences in screens and display settings), change of mind after placing the order, or normal wear and tear after use.
How to Report a Defect
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report a defect. To initiate a return, email us at contact@muskmelon.shop with your order number, a clear description of the defect, and photographs that clearly show the issue. We may ask for additional photographs or information to assess the claim. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours of receiving your email.
Inspection and Approval
Once we review your photographs and details, we will confirm whether the item qualifies for a replacement or refund under this policy. We reserve the right to reject claims where the defect is not attributable to manufacturing or fulfilment, or where the product has been altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Replacement Process
If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product at no additional cost to you, including shipping. We will arrange a pickup or provide a prepaid return label for the defective item — you will not bear any return shipping costs.
If the same product is unavailable for replacement (for example, due to discontinuation), you may choose either a full refund to your original payment method or store credit of equivalent value. We will inform you of the estimated timeline for your replacement at the time of approval.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not offer refunds in cash or to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.
Cancellations
All orders are final. We are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the order cannot be reversed, modified, or cancelled.
